How do we find you?
Our address is My Little Town Play Café, Badminton Road, Chipping Sodbury, BS376LL. We are located next door to kwik fit.
Is there parking?
Yes! We have a car park directly outside of My Little Town. Spaces are double stacked but, as sessions run at a specific times all cars should be arriving and leaving at the same time. If for any reason you need to leave early and your car is blocked in, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to help out.
Do I need to prebook?
Yes all sessions need to be pre booked through our website.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
We have a baby changing unit in our accessible toilet and a tiny toilet and adult toilet in our other bathroom for all potty training needs.
Can the adults join in?
We encourage all adults to join in and explore our role play village with the little ones. Children under the age of 3 need to be closely supervised at all times.
Can we take photos and videos?
Please do! We encourage parents and carers to take photos whilst at our play town. We kindly ask that you do not include other children in your photos.
What are your age limits?
Our play village is designed for children aged 1-8. Older children are also more than welcome to explore the play village. We have lots of small parts so it is the sole responsibility of the parents or carers to supervise children at all times. We have a baby section which is fully equipped for the younger babies joining us.
How do you keep my little town safe?
We have a maglock gate to let families in and out which is operated by staff only. A member of staff will also meet you on arrival to check your booking. We do not allow adults to enter the premises without a child. Please do not be offended if you arrive on your own to meet family who are already in the play town and we ask them to come and meet you at the door.
We carry out daily checks of the play town to ensure all aspects of it are fit for use.
Can we bring our own food and drink in?
We kindly ask that all food and drinks are purchased from our café. We have a variety of hot and cold drinks as well as meals / snacks and cakes for our guests to enjoy. Any food / drinks bought in from home will be asked to be popped in a bag until the end of the session.
