Are all parties exclusive hire?
Yes! all parties are exclusive hire. You will have the play town to yourselves for 90 minutes.
This is the first time doing a party for my little one, is there anything I should know?
What an exciting time! Firstly, enjoy it! Don’t put any stress on yourself before or during the party. We will have the play town set up for you and your guests to enjoy when you arrive. We have noticed in the past, it works well when people sing happy birthday towards the end of the party (usually around half past). This gives you plenty of time to cut the cake and pop it in party bags ready for the little ones to take home (also we’ve noticed cake is a great way to entice them out at the end!). We also find that keeping party bags by the gate can reduce stress on you party parents as they are there ready to go at the end. Feel free to pop them behind the gate to stop small hands exploring!
How long are parties?
All parties are 90 minutes long. We will play the tidy up and goodbye songs 10 minutes before the end of the party so guests can get ready to leave.
If you wish to serve the cake during the party, we recommend you slicing it slightly earlier.
How many children can we invite?
Parties are for a maximum of 20 children aged 1-8. Children under the age of 1 or over the age of 8 do not need to be counted in numbers. We will also provide up to 20 party lunches should you choose party option B.
Do you provide decorations?
Yes! We have two sets of rainbow happy birthday bunting and a wooden number cut out filled with decorations
Can we arrive early to settle in before our guests arrive?
Feel free to arrive 5 minutes before your party starts. This way we can ensure the play town is set up ready for you and that the carpark is empty.
Can we bring a cake and party bags?
Yes!
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
We kindly ask that you do only purchase food and drinks from the cafe. Any food / drinks bought in from home will be asked to be put away until the end of the session.

What food is included in the party B package?
Party lunches include: Cheese sandwiches, crisps, veg sticks, a treat and squash or water. We can cater to any dietary requirements.
What time will you bring the food out if I choose the party B option?
Food will be bought on the hour (e.g. 2pm if your party is 1:30-3pm). We will then notify you as the party parent so you can inform all of your guests. We will then clear away the food boxes as the children finish them.
