To enable the best play experience, our sessions are 90 minutes long. We then have a short break between sessions, so we can reset the play town ready for our next group of explorers.
Please note only bookings made with booking protection can be transferred to an alternative time and date of your choosing, subject to availability, if we are notified via email 24 hours or more before your session. Bookings are non transferable and non refundable unless you have added booking protection to your original booking.
